At Mindful Change, we strive to provide an environment that feels safe, secure, and open. We are a group therapy practice that strives to provide quality treatment to those we serve through collaboration, learning, and support.

To get to a space of change we must first find acceptance. By learning and implementing mindfulness practices this helps each person to build an awareness, and insight to move to a place of change.

Our goal is to help you slow down by providing a safe space to explore and build an awareness into your current difficulties and experiences. By creating this space mindfully we can nonjudgmentally observe the changes that can help you move to living the life that matches you as a person.
